General Ben McCulloch #2435 chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy Scholarship

$500 scholarship available to all graduating seniors in Hays County. Due April 30, 2026

 

"God is Good, All the Time" Scholarship Honoring Johnna Dennis

This scholarship honors the life of educator Johnna Dennis, who spent 30 years teaching in Wimberley ISD. Johnna supported the camp ministry of John Knox Ranch for over 20 years. This $500 scholarship is a joint project between John Knox Ranch Summer Camp and Retreat Center, and the family of Johnna Dennis. Due April 20, 2026

 

Love Like Logan L3 Scholarship

Open to current WHHS seniors who plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited two or four-year college or university, or trade school for the entire upcoming academic year. Due April 22, 2026

Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.) STAR Scholarship (Awarded to Class of 2027 girls)

This is a non-renewable $2500 scholarship for graduating high school senior women which must be used in the academic year following graduation. This scholarship is awarded based on academic excellence, leadership, involvement and service. Due August 25, 2026

 

Wimberley Youth Sports Association (WYSA) Scholarship

WYSA is proud to offer several scholarships to seniors who have participated in WYSA/Wimberley Little League/HCRA sports and are looking to further their education. To qualify for this scholarship, you must have participated in one of our organizations as a player or umpire/official. These include Football, Cheer, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, and Soccer. Due April 17, 2026

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Austin Chapter Scholarship

The ASCE Younger Member Forum is offering a scholarship for high school seniors pursing Civil Engineering or STEM. Applicants can view the 2026 FAQ Form here. Due April 10, 2026

 

Career & Technical Association of Texas (CTAT) Area 4 Scholarship

Awarded to a student who is enrolled in a recognized high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. The scholarship is based on academic achievement, leadership and success in completing a CTE pathway leading to college and career readiness. Due April 17, 2026

 

Collection of Healthcare Scholarships

Linked above is a spreadsheet compiled by the Workforce Solutions K12 Healthcare Program for high school students who are interested in pursuing healthcare studies and careers. It is an ongoing spreadsheet, and will be updated regularly as new opportunities become available.

 

Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) Austin Chapter Scholarship

The EWRI Austin Chapter will award five scholarships (up to $2,000) for current high school seniors and undergraduate students who plan to study in a related water resources or environmental field beginning in Fall 2026. Due May 3, 2026

 

Gerloff Company's RESTORE Scholarship

The Gerloff Company awards multiple $1,000 scholarships to deserving students who plan to continue their education at a college, university, or trade school. Due April 15, 2026.

 

The Links, Incorporated Town Lake Chapter Scholarship

Each year, the Town Lake (TX) Chapter selects a graduating African American High School senior from the Austin metropolitan area to receive the Town Lake (TX) Chapter Scholarship. The student must be in the top quartile of their class with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, graduating under the Recommended High School Plan, and be involved in extracurricular activities. Due April 27, 2026

 

National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Scholarships

In additional to the national scholarship fund offered by NFSF, Austin NAWIC is proud to offer local scholarship opportunities to students pursuing a career in construction.

 

Scholarships for Texas Athletic, Music, and Academic Participants

For the seventh consecutive year, H-E-B will award 15 high school seniors who participate in UIL competitions with a $2,000 scholarship in recognition of their community service and involvement in their communities.

 

Tapestry Singers Scholarship

Tapestry Singers would like to support the ambitions of a treble-singing high school senior who has been positively influenced by the power of music and song. They will award two Austin-area high school seniors who sing in the treble-voice range with a $3,000 scholarship. Due April 12, 2026
